MEMBERS OF THE BOARD
	TUAN HAJI ABDUL RAHMAN HAMID - Chairman Tuan Haji Abdul Rahman Hamid brings a wealth of experience to ATV. One of the earliest Chartered Accountants to qualify in Malaysia, Tuan Haji Abdul Rahman has held such illustrious positions as being the first General Manager of Bank Pertanian Malaysia, the first Finance Director of the Islamic Development Bank in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and the Chairman and Chief Executive of United Malayan Banking Corporation (UMBC) in Malaysia. Tuan Haji Abdul Rahman is also the Past President of the Malaysian Association of Certified Public Accountants. Currently, Tuan Haji sits on the Board of Bank Pertanian Malaysia and sits on the Investment Panel of Lembaga Angkatan Tentera Malaysia.
	IRWAN SHAH BIN ABDULLAH @ DJ DAVE (ASDK; SSA; BK; PJK) - Executive Vice Chairman A household name with more than 30 years experience in show business and more than 10 years on the Malaysian business scene, Irwan Shah Bin Abdullah @ D J Dave, brings with him a wealth of knowledge and ability to the Board of Articulate TV. With his diverse business interests ranging from Event Management to Property Development to Construction, Irwan Shah Bin Abdullah @ D J Dave is a valued addition to the Company.
	RAMONA RAHMAN - Managing Director Ramona Rahman, an accomplished actress with a formidable career in motion pictures and theatre, both locally and internationally, chose to focus her career behind the camera, leading to the founding of Articulate Television. She played an important role in charting the direction of Articulate in its formative years, where her creative insights and production knowledge led to the growth of Articulate Television. She was responsible for putting in place a team of experienced production and creative personnel, which has led to the production of award winning game shows, a variety of entertainment and magazine shows, as well as creative development in the realm of multimedia.
	BERNARD H LAWRENCE - Director Bernard H Lawrence has had a long association spanning almost 10 years with the Articulate Group of Companies. Being one of the pioneer members who joined Articulate in June of 1994, Bernard spent the most dynamic years of Articulate as the Group Legal Adviser. Bernard left Articulate to join as a Partner of an established legal firm in 1998 and eventually set up his own practise under the name and style of Messrs B H Lawrence & Co, Advocates and Solicitors. Holding an Honours Law Degree from the University of Warwick in the UK, Bernard is a Barrister (Gray’s Inn) called to the English Bar and an Advocate and Solicitor called to the Malaysian Bar.

CHE ENGKU ROZEETA - Director

Che Engku Rozeeta and her alternate director Ahmad Shaharuddin Baharuddin are the directors representing the interests of Bintang Melewar Sdn Bhd, one of the Shareholders of Articulate Television Sdn. Bhd.

Bintang Melewar Sdn Bhd is an investment holding company, established in 1993. The present directors of Bintang Melewar are Tunku Abdullah, Tunku Mahmud and Che Engku Rozeeta.

FARHANI LEE ABDULLAH - General Manager

Farhani started her career in the entertainment industry with Asia Entertainment Network (AEN), which was founded by the late Mr. Mike Bernie Chin who was a well-known international live concert promoter in the 80’s and 90’s. She has vast experience in both local and international companies in the fields of manufacturing and exports, tobacco and marketing, education as well as government financial institutions. Farhani brings with her a realm of knowledge in the fields of operations such as Human Resource, Finance & Audit, Public Relations, Marketing & Communications, as well as government liaison matters.
